Ralph Norris to bear brunt of customer dissatisfaction ?

Last year, CBA was widely criticised for being the first bank to lift interest rates 45 basis points above the RBA's hike on Melbourne Cup Day.  Being a CBA mortgage holder myself, I have to say our household wasn't impressed.
It seems though there may some justice as Ralph Norris, CEO of CBA has his remuneration package linked to customer satisfaction.  Here the full story here
